Welcome to Infinite Brahmavision. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Infinite Brahmavision's Website and the purchase of our coaching services, digital products, and training programs, including The New Lead the Field Coaching Program.

1. Definitions

  • "Client", "User", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person logging onto this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • "Services" refers to all coaching programs, consultations, digital downloads, video courses, webinars, and live Q&A sessions provided by the Company.

2. Eligibility

By using our Website and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Coaching Services and Program Access

When you enroll in any of our programs, such as The New Lead the Field Coaching Program, you are purchasing a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your personal growth.

  • Account Sharing: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials, course materials, or private meeting links with unauthorized third parties.
  • Service Delivery: Digital courses and coaching materials will be delivered via our online portal or email. Live sessions (such as the 4 LIVE Q&A Sessions with Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher) will be conducted via designated digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Infinite Brahmavision and/or its licensors (including the Proctor Gallagher Institute) own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Infinite Brahmavision.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Infinite Brahmavision.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or record audio/video materials, workbooks, or action planners provided during the course.

  • No Guarantees: Any financial numbers or success stories referenced on our platforms are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance.
  • Personal Responsibility: You agree that you are solely responsible for your progress and results. Infinite Brahmavision is not responsible for your actions, income, business success, or personal failures.

6. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer

Infinite Brahmavision provides personal development coaching, not therapy.

  • Our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any psychological or medical conditions.

7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: All fees for our coaching programs must be paid in full (or according to an agreed-upon installment plan) before access to the course content is granted.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, if you are on a payment plan, your agreed-upon rate will be honored.
  • Chargebacks: Any unwarranted credit card chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent and may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

8. User Accounts and Security

If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international law.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other participants, coaches, or staff members of Infinite Brahmavision.
  • Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or data extraction.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Calendly for booking or Wistia for video hosting) that are not owned or controlled by Infinite Brahmavision. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infinite Brahmavision and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a breach of these Terms will be borne by you only.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing course materials or harassing other students). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and your total fees will be forfeited.

15. Installment Plans and Outstanding Balances

If you have enrolled in a program using a multi-pay or installment plan, you are legally and financially obligated to complete all remaining payments, regardless of whether you finish the program or actively participate in the coaching sessions. Canceling your credit card or defaulting on a payment does not void your financial obligation to Infinite Brahmavision.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

18. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
